The Tuscaloosa Linux Users Group was informally created on October 28th, 2008 in a clandestine meeting at the Capture Studio Cafe (no longer in business) in downtown Tuscaloosa.

Our ultimate goal is world domination, of course, but in the meantime, we'll settle for being a group of Unix and linux enthusiasts to meet, discuss things, share knowledge, and learn from each other.
