Chattanooga's response was so poor in the 2010 cycle we didn't even bother
this go around.   Yes, given our current known attendees, Bham is at a
disadvantage there.   We actually pull more people from Ohio and
Pennsylvania than we do Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and West
Tennessee combined.
