[Tuxaloosa] Ubuntu 8.10 VPN - MS PPTP

Hmmmm... I have an Ubuntu 8.10 system at work. I will try it through our MS VPN on Monday and see if I get the same result.

Is anyone else having lots of problems with Microsoft VPN connections in Ubuntu 8.10? I'm connecting with the Network Manager plugin.

My problems:

 - If I save my password for the VPN connection then I get the following error when I try to connect: "The VPN Connection 'UA' failed because there were no valid VPN secrets"

and if I remove the saved password to type it in manually on connecting, it works fine.

UNTIL...

- Once I've been connected for 15 minutes or so, the VPN connection fails.
